Backdrops, Valances and Swaging

Decorating your wedding or event can be daunting. One important tip we can give you is the bridal or main table should be the focal point of the room. The easiest way to do that is to decorate the bridal or main table with a backdrop. Instantly drawing your eyes to the most important table in the room.

We offer 6 different freestanding backdrops, which are all specially designed to seat 4 to 14 people.

Standard Fairy Light Backdrop. This fairy light backdrop is ideal for decorating a venue that may have something behind the bridal table or main table you need to cover. Or if you want a solid colour behind the bridal or main table for photo reasons.

This backdrop is available in 32+ colours assisting with continuing the sash colours on the chair covers.

Roman Contemporary Backdrop. The backdrop is a perfect way to continue a chosen theme of roman urns.

This backdrop is available in 8+ colours assisting with continuing the sash colours on the chair covers.

Candelabra Contemporary Backdrop. The backdrop is a perfect way to continue a chosen theme of candelabras.

This backdrop is available in 8+ colours assisting with continuing the sash colours on the chair covers.

"Tie the knot" Backdrop. This backdrop is available in white only but can be colour themed with the included large floral arrangement.

This allows you to include the colour theme on the backdrop to the match the chair covers.

Backless Backdrop. Many venues have the bridal or main table backing onto a large window.

This backdrop has been designed to decorate the bridal or main table without obstructing the view.

Willow backdrop

This backdrop has maximum impact.

We can design one to compliment your table centrepieces and also offer it in a botanical (artificial) option. Many designs available.

Skirting and Valances

Not all function venues supply skirting or valances for the bridal or main table, cake table, gift table or garden ceremony alter.

We strongly recommend the use of these valances for at least the events bridal or main table. Without the valances all guests will see your knees and feet. The valances also finishes the decorating and prevents the room looking half finished.

Swaging

We supply swaging in 32+ colours for the bridal or main table, gift table, cake table and alters.

The swaging matches the swaging on many of our backdrops. We also have white ceiling swaging.
