Guest Table Centrepiece

We offer many different styles of table centrepieces to our clients. After we assist you with creating a theme, we continue this through to the centrepieces.

Our centrepieces are user friendly. This means the design of the arrangement will not obstruct the view of the guests.

Have a look at our gallery for a few ideas. Keep in mind you are not limited by these designs. If you have a magazine cut out or an idea in mind we will happily bring it to life for you.

Seating Plans and Table Numbers

We have created a framed seating plan to assist your guests in finding their seat.

The framed seating plans are available in gold guilded, silver guilded and timber frames.

The table numbers are available in a range of colours.

Urn Arrangements, Floor Candelabras and Potted Rose Bushes

We often place our urns or standard floor candelabras either side of the bridal table backdrop to assist with the decorating. We have many to choose from in silk and fresh flowers are also available to match the guest table centrepieces.

The potted rose bushes are a great way to decorate the red carpet that is placed at the reception entrance.

The standard floor candelabras hold 11 candles and are available with fresh or silk floral arrangements.

Gift Table

At the function room entrance, most weddings and celebrations have a gift table. The gift table usually holds a wishing well, guest book or signature bear and all gifts.

We dress and decorate this table with a tablecloth, valance, swaging (in your chosen colour), flower, guest book (or bear) and wishing well. We have 2 size tables available.

Wishing Wells

Placing a wishing well at the entrance of your function room on the gift table makes sure your moneytrial gifts do not get lost. 2 styles are available.

Cake Table

It is important to have your cake table appropriately dressed and decorated as many wedding and celebration photos will be taken here. We dress and decorate this table with a tablecloth, valance, swaging (in your chosen colour), flowers and cake knife. We have 2 size tables available.

Welcome Sign

We often place a welcome sign at the ceremony or reception entrance. This confirms to the guest that they have the right location. This is recommended when you are holding a ceremony in gardens or if you have guests from out of town.

Red and Black Carpets

Really offering the celebrity treatment, carpets are a great way to make an entrance. We place them inline with the bridal cars and at the reception entrance. An easy way to keep those stunning gowns clean.

Children’s Entertainment Packs

We also offer children entertainment pack to assist in keeping those little one at bay.

Balloons

We also have available balloons to decorate the reception ceiling.
